Have your electronic files ready and email them to bids@takeoffdesigns.com

All file types accepted (PDF, TIFF, DWG, DWF, and others)

*Notify me if you have a website FTP where the plans are located send me that information along with any credentials needed.

Please include in the body of the email your due date (my due date to you) and all job specifics that you know are not noted on the plans. The notes section of the takeoff will indicate any assumptions and verifications required.

You will receive a confirmation email with the expected price, return date, and confirmation that plans have been successfully received.  

*If you do not wish to proceed at anytime, please contact me before receiving your takeoff design. No payment will be expected as long as an estimator has not started on the project (however, compensation for time spent will be billed).

Once your Takeoff Design is complete, we will send your first invoice. Once payment is received, you will receive one detailed takeoff, one consolidated takeoff, and all framing layouts needed via email. Hard copies can be sent via mail at the customer’s request for an additional rate.
